I'm Captain Dave, and I've spent 55 years diving and fishing the waters of South Florida. The ocean isn't just my passion — it's my life. Through my dive and fishing charter company, Bubbles Up Charters, I've had the privilege of sharing that love of the sea with countless families and adventurers.

For 15 years, I had the honor of working alongside Dr. Guy Harvey — one of the world's most celebrated marine artists and ocean conservationists. That experience deepened my respect for the ocean and everything in it, and it shaped the way I think about quality, artistry, and the importance of protecting our marine world.

But it was my grandchildren who inspired something new. I kept seeing them in other people's sun shirts, and I thought — why not create something made with the same care and love I put into every charter trip? That's how Bubbles Up Explorers was born.
